Counsellor | Psychotherapist in Advanced Training

I support individuals and couples through a range of challenges including anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and more. I offer a warm, inclusive, non-judgemental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and work towards lasting change.

My Background

I bring over 20 years of experience in early years education in inner London, supporting diverse families through various challenges and life transitions. This work in a multicultural setting has shaped my commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive practice and deepened my ability to create empathetic, safe spaces where clients from all backgrounds feel genuinely heard and understood.

My Approach

I am a member of NCPS (accredited), UKCP, and UKATA, and I hold a Level 6 Diploma in Transactional Analysis (TA) Counselling. I am in advanced training as a Psychotherapist. TA is an integrative and humanistic therapy built on the understanding that we have the power within ourselves to grow and make positive changes in our lives. It works on the premise that life experiences and relationships - both past and present - are central to how we communicate, navigate the world, and feel about ourselves.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is where lasting change happens. My approach is built on creating an open, trusting connection where you feel heard and understood without judgement. By deepening your self-understanding, we can work together to address unhelpful patterns in thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, empowering you to feel more in control of your life.

Inclusive Practice

I welcome people of all genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds. My practice is LGBTQIA+ aware, inclusive, and affirming. I work with an intersectional lens, understanding that aspects of your identity - including race, sexuality, gender, class, ability, and religion - shape your unique experiences and the person you are today. I am committed to offering culturally sensitive, personalised therapy.
